Strawberry Banana Snoothie - low Fodmap

Ingredients
  • ½ banana
  • 6 medium strawberries
  • ¾ glass of milk (dairy or alternative)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method
  1. Cut up the banana into a blender.
  2. Add the strawberries, maple syrup and milk.
  3. Blend using the smoothie function.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve with a little cream on top if you are feeling like indulging yourself.
