I love the kinds of foods you get at cocktail parties - finger foods. Those little bite-sized pieces you can pop in your mouth without getting all messed up. Well I've taken a classic one and enlarged it to dinner sized. Toast a crusty piece of bread, top it with feta, roasted peppers and thin slices of sirloin steak. Add a little horseradish and pesto sauce and a man-sized finger food has been created.
