I love roaming about the foodie blogosphere when I have the time and sometimes I hit gold. This recipe from My Kitchen Stories is fabulous. I had to make it gluten-free and I reduced the sugar but otherwise it is Tania's recipe. Instead of 1/2 cup of flour I used 1/4 cup of white rice flour, 1/8 cup tapioca flour and 1/8 cup potato starch. I also used 3/4 cup of sugar instead of a full cup and used 70% chocolate. It worked perfectly. The recipe is here. On a completely different note, I went to the movies this morning and saw Gravity. I have never rated Sandra Bullock before but she was pretty damn good in this movie. It was amazingly beautiful but I saw it in 2D and apparently it is super fantastic in 3D, so go that route. One does have to suspend belief but that is fine - it is a movie after all. Be prepared to be glued to your seat for this is one very intense movie.
