Food photography is not that hard. But first a disclaimer right up front - I am not an expert photographer who knows all the little buttons and settings on their camera. I have an old camera, a Nikon D3000, and I know as much as is necessary to take reasonable photos. If you think you will one day read the whole camera manual and learn it all so that you can take fantastic photos, you are fooling yourself. It will never happen. It is too overwhelming. I do actually understand the science behind what I am doing but you really don’t have to know why it works – just take my word for it.
