It seems that the problem those on the low Fodmap diet have the most is how to pull together a meal plan that suits them. In my Facebook group, there are constant questions like this:
- What are some good breakfast choices?
- What are suitable snacks?
- What do you eat for lunch at the office?
And so on…
So, I have decided to address this head on with a live training session called: How to create a customized low FODMAP meal plan.
