Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Take a handful of mixture and put it onto a skewer, pressing it well with your hand and shaping it like in the picture. Repeat this until the meat mix is finished.
Grill until cooked.
Serve hot with some dressing (plain or mixed with yogurt), lemon wedges, naan bread.
For the dressing
Blend everything together. Add yoghurt or serve the yoghurt separately.
