Pasta with Ham, Cherry Tomatoes & Arugula

Ingredients
  • Spaghetti
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Arugula
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan
  • Spring onions
  • Olive oil
  • Coriander (basil would be even better)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Pasta
Method
  1. Boil the pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Cook the spring onions in a little olive oil for a minute or two making sure you don't burn them.
  3. Add the garlic, ham and tomatoes and heat through.
  4. Mix the sauce with the pasta and season.
  5. Add the coriander and arugula at the last moment before eating.
