Tofu Tacos - low Fodmap

Ingredients
Method
  1. Heat a little oil and fry the tofu cubes until browned.
  2. Sprinkle over a few teaspoons of spice and stir well before cooking for a few more minutes.
  3. Heat the taco shells as usual.
  4. Pile the tofu into the shells and top with tomato and grated cheese.
  5. Serve with a little green salad on the side.
