Banana Raisin Mousse - Low Fodmap
  • 2 frozen peeled bananas
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  1. Place the broken up bananas and cranberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon out into a bowl and add the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well and place into 2 serving bowls.
  4. Eat straightaway or refrigerate.
