My name is Suzanne Perazzini

I am the author of two low Fodmap Menus cookbooks and the creator of two Low Fodmap Coaching programs. Why I created this course

I have had irritable bowel syndrome all my life but a few years ago I discovered the low Fodmap diet after an exhaustive internet search. The improvement was rapid and surprising and miraculous.
