How will the program work?
You start the program on any Monday.
Several days in advance of the official start date, you will be sent the meal plan for week 1 along with a food list, notes on how to implement the meal plans and the diary page for the first week. You will follow this meal plan on your own for the first week to eliminate your very last symptoms.
A few days before the start of week 2, you will receive new meal plans and diary pages as well as instructions for the first reintroduction test. You will send the filled out diary pages to me on a daily basis with an email on the results of the test.
Day by day, you will receive new instructions from me depending on the results of the previous test.
The testing continues through weeks 2 and 3 with new meal plans for week 3.
At the end of week 3, I will send you a list of the foods that you can add back into your diet. Those plus all low Fodmap foods become your lifestyle diet.
