In my work, I witness miracles all the time and my clients often use that word – MIRACLE.
Roslyn, whose husband had Alzheimer's disease, had daily diarrhea and never seemed to sleep. I immediately put her on a strict low Fodmap elimination diet and created a solid sleep routine for her and her husband. She dedicated herself to the process because she knew that having her health back was essential now the weight of all decisions was firmly on her shoulders.
