How to create a customized low FODMAP meal planIt seems that the problem those on the low Fodmap diet have the most is how to pull together a meal plan that suits them. In my Facebook group, there are constant questions like this:

  • What are some good breakfast choices?
  • What are suitable snacks?
  • What do you eat for lunch at the office?

And so on…


So, I have decided to address this head on with a live training session called: How to create a customized low FODMAP meal plan.

This will be a one-off training session and will happen:

Wednesday 7th February at 5pm US EST/4pm CST/3pm MST/2pm PST

Wednesday 7th February at 10pm UK

Thursday 8th February at 9am Sydney

Thursday 8th February at 11am NZ
