I have spent another busy weekend baking all sorts of delightful grain, nut, dairy and sugar-free delights for my e-cookbook and I thought I would leave you with a few photos of the results. You will have to wait for the recipes and even for the names because that could be giving away too much information.

I’m sure it’s going to be a lovely book. When do you think it will be finished?
Suzanne says
Thanks, Ang. I am about halfway so another 6 weeks perhaps. I can really only bake in the weekends and then I bake until I drop.

I didn’t know you were creating an e-cookbook. Congratulations. I’m sure it must be so much work. The images are gorgeous xx
Suzanne says
It is a lot of work but fun too. Thanks – I love the photography part the most. But the eating comes a close second.

Beautiful photos!
Suzanne says
Thank you, Laura. Your photos are always beautiful too.

Wow, such beautiful shots!!! I would never have imagined such decadent treats could be made grain free if it wasn’t for you! Brava!!!
Suzanne says
Thanks, Liz. The possibilities are endless and I am still exploring them. But my digestive issues are ongoing so who knows what direction my baking will take next. It’s all fun.

An e-cookbook? Awesome! It’s hard work putting a book together, so hats off to you! Good luck in the endeavour, but I am sure you will have lots of fabulous recipes, judging by these teaser photos!
Suzanne says
It’s quite a big undertaking since I can only bake and photograph for it in the weekends – makes for a busy life. You’ll have to think about doing one soon too.
Jean says
Beautiful images–looking forward to the release of your cookbook. 🙂
Suzanne says
Thanks, Jean. It will be a couple of months away, I am guessing. It depends how many dishes I can bake each weekend.

Gorgeous photos! Love the back lighting on these. Looking forward to learning their names! And I’m glad to see you’re making progress on the book – a lot of work, but it can be rewarding, too.
Suzanne says
Thanks, John. I love seeing the progress weekend by weekend and I can plan during the week what I am buying and how I will style the recipes, though simple is better I think. I have a plan of all the recipes for the cookbook but things change as I discover more about this new way of baking.

I know the ebook will be a smashing success. You take gorgeous photos and make such yummy food.
Did I ask you about mast cell disorder? It causes lots of issues for lots of folks. I looked into it but it wasn’t my issue. But thought I’d mention it in case I hadn’t yet.
Suzanne says
Thanks, Kim. Yes, you mentioned that and i looked into it. It certainly seems very complex. I have it in the back of my mind if my latest investigations show up nothing.
Rowena @ Apron and Sneakers says
I’m so out of the loop! I had no idea that you are making a cookbook. Congratulations Suzanne! Let us know when it will be out. Love the photos by the way.
Suzanne says
Thanks, Rowena. The book isn’t too far off being ready. It has been a busy, exciting time developing the recipes and compiling it. I’ll be sure to make a big announcement when it is finished.
